To be cultured, or not to be.

Culturing makes everything better, right?
Milk, diamonds, stone, pearls, meat, etc.
Why not people?
Next April I may or may not be venturing out on a
European Study Abroad.
Not just one country, but many.
I'm just trying to fit it into my "budget"
(aka...no-money-in-the-bank-budget).
Should I be opposed to a student loan?
I'd say nay.
